During Harvest we pick our potatoes and turn them into fresh crisps on the same day... delicious! We hand cook our crisps in tiny batches using pure fresh sunflower oil. We do our very best to source natural flavours local to our farm. The darkness of our crisps alters throughout the year due to the level of natural sugars in our potatoes!
