This MTD Magneto-Ignition Starter Switch (430-770) is a replacement for MTD 725-1396, 925-1396, and 925-1396A. The replacement lawn mower switch fits all MTD lawn and garden tractors with Briggs & Stratton OHV engines (does not fit 1999 and newer auto drive step-thru frame models). Note: You may use this starter switch with the 430-009 Starter Key (sold separately).
